Hi, I’m Matt, founder of Homegrown Digital Marketing.

The best way to grow a business is by building real relationships - the same approach I bring to every client. I believe in the old saying "Nobody cares how much you know, until they know how much you care."

My mission is simple: make marketing affordable, approachable, and effective so local outdoor service businesses can focus on what they do best- the actual work.

I’m passionate about personal growth, continuous learning, and helping others reach their potential — principles that guide both my life and my business. I studied marketing and entrepreneurship at Michigan State University and spent years as a mortgage loan officer, experiences that taught me the value of trust, guidance, and helping people thrive.

Like most of you, I don’t really believe in a work/life balance. There is just life. For me, that means bringing my full self - my curiosity, energy, and commitment to growth - into everything I do, whether it’s helping a client succeed, learning something new, or supporting my family. I believe that when we embrace life as a whole, instead of trying to separate work from everything else, we can create more meaningful relationships and achieve deeper fulfillment.

I’m inspired every day by my wonderful wife and our young son, who motivate me to keep learning, growing, and creating opportunities for others.
